Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Coachee to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

Role of the Coach
• Believes in and supports the creativity, wisdom and ability of the Coachee to come to new ideas, solutions and action
• Shares openly if Coaching is not helpful to meet the Coachee’s goals
• Takes on a neutral, honest, open-minded, unattached and curious mindset
• Creates a safe and confidential space
• Agrees on the way of working with the Coachee, the number of coaching sessions, the goals for the overall coaching project, the agenda for each coaching session
• Maintains the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the International Coach Federation (www.coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics)

Role of the Coachee
• Responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out the coaching relationship
• Acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation
• Agrees to communicate honestly and be open to feedback and advise
• Commits to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program. If something is not working, Coach and Coachee

Confidentiality
This coaching relationship, including all information (documented or verbal) that the Coachee shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality as set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics (www.coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics). The content of the coaching between the Coach and the Coachee remains strictly confidential. The Coach agrees to not disclose any information pertaining to the Coachee without the Coachee’s written consent. The Coachee agrees to have only name, contact information and start and end dates of coaching shared with International Coaching federation (ICF) staff members and/or other parties involved for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the coaching relationship and the Coach’s certification, no personal notes will be shared.

Terms and Conditions
The Terms of Use of the Empowwer Me platform (www.empowwer.ch/terms-of-use/) applies to the coaching agreement. By agreeing to this coaching agreement, the Coachee acknowledges having read and agreed to these Terms of Use.

Confirmation of Agreement
By booking a coaching session via the Empowwer Me platform (www.empowwer.me or www.empowwer.ch), I agree with the terms and conditions stipulated in this Coaching Agreement.
